Project: MyPrices

At Apple I helped lead the design of a tool called MyPrices for the VP of iPhone/iPad sales to manage telco carrier relationships and pricing for all sales around the world. The internal application helped him and his sales force to manage large account sales and the overall sales lifecycle and process.

Project: Sales Force Automation

The SalesForce Automation application helped Apple business teams at Apple stores work with commercial sales leads and create proposals and close opportunities.

In researching this project, I went onsite to Apple stores and conducted contextual inquiries with the Business Sales team.

Reports & Analytics

In this design, I created a feature that would allow the team to make custom reports that crystalizes trends in the sales cycle.
